Yes. When doing `txt file` the hardlink created would have the first 8 characters of the ID and the txt extension. E.g. abcd1234.txt

I think this should also be the case for html & gmi files for more reliable linking, shorter URLs and smaller index files. Where semantic filenames are required one can symbolically or hard link, e.g. about.html -> abcd1234.html
